Content Authors & Review Standards
Technical and buying-guide content should make clear who created it, what evidence was used and whether the page contains first-hand experience, manufacturer information or general guidance.
Author record
- Use a real author/person or clearly identified business editorial team when applicable.
- Describe relevant experience only when it is genuine and supportable.
- Do not invent certifications, qualifications or years of experience.
Technical review
- Verify exact product identity.
- Check current manufacturer/PIS source for technical claims.
- Flag unsupported values as unknown/source-gated.
- Record meaningful update dates when technical information changes.
Editorial review
- Check clarity and customer usefulness.
- Separate commercial information from objective technical claims.
- Remove unsupported superlatives and universal claims.
Experience
First-hand experience is valuable when it is real and described accurately. A case study should show what was observed and its limitations rather than implying a universal result.

Evidence-first information
Use dedicated pages for products, brands, services, local information and technical guidance. Manufacturer-specific claims remain source-gated; customer reviews are treated as experience evidence rather than technical proof.
